Our Solutions
Action Planning for Business Success
Our commitment extends beyond theory. Guided by professional trainers and supported by Local United Ways, ALICE@Work empowers participants to develop sustainable workforce strategies that build resilience for all workers, creating stronger workplaces and vibrant communities.
Throughout the course, we engage in dynamic group discussions and provide essential tools, support, and resources needed to transform data and instruction into actionable plans. These plans focus on implementing long-term, sustainable changes. To build the Action Plan, we encourage ALICE@Work participants to consider questions such as:
- What challenges do your ALICE workers face?
- What changes/strategies can help your employees succeed?
- Who do we need to engage?
With Action Planning at its core, trainers lead participants to explore new ways to create meaningful improvements that drive both personal and organizational growth. Local United Ways engage business partners for an additional 12 months to support the implementation of new and adapted processes for ALICE workers.
This approach ensures that insights lead to real, impactful actions, fostering a more resilient and connected community.
